Frequently Asked Questions
What Is the Antioch Weekend Admissions Hub?
The Antioch Weekend Admissions Hub is a BAART Programs location offering same-day intake, medical assessment, and medication-assisted treatment on Saturdays and Sundays. You don’t have to wait for a weekday slot to start opioid use disorder treatment.
Who Can Use the Antioch Weekend Admissions Hub?
Any adult looking for opioid use disorder treatment is welcome. We serve anyone who needs support, whether you’re newly seeking care, returning to treatment after a break, or discharged from a hospital, shelter, or outreach program. We take walk-ins, and we accept referrals from local partners.
Can I Start Methadone or Suboxone® on the Weekend?
Yes. We run same-day medical assessments and, when it’s clinically appropriate, start stabilization dosing with methadone or Suboxone® so treatment can begin exactly when you need it to.
Will I Need To Keep Coming Back to the Weekend Hub?
No. The hub is meant to get you started, not to be your ongoing clinic. Once intake is complete, a local BAART or partner clinic takes over, so you can continue your medication and counseling somewhere closer to home during the week.
