I have been going here since 2016 and this place is great you will get out of the program what u want to get out of it the only people I see complain are people who avoid trying to do what is needed for the program I have a great counselor she helps with everything she can and is always willing to help anybody thank you Luppa for being a great counselor

Ever since I have become a new patient of this clinic I have improved in so many aspects of my recovery. They have truly given me the concern and care that I need to become successful in my recovery. They're unlike any other program I've experienced. They're open-minded and patient. I'm always greeted with smiles and people remember my name and they just truly treat people so much better than the other clinics. There's always someone there to offer services like vaccinations and testing and it's a positive atmosphere. The parking lot is safe and the building is absolutely clean. The nurses are all the most professional kind and hardest working people I have ever experienced. Never before have I ever felt I positive attitude towards the place that I have to get up early in the morning and go get the help that I need. Instead of dreading waking up early I look forward to it. I was overlooked at other clinics and discarded as a maybe possible trouble patient but here I'm treated like a patient with special needs. They're handicap accessible. Even the security guard is kind and compassionate and helpful. If only other clinics could even try to do the things that Baart Fair oaks does. Because they have truly changed my life and attitude for the better they should be recognized for their excellence. After being a patient a little longer I would like to make an edit. My counselor Frank has been like family to me and has helped me to understand things about myself it's taking years for me to see. I have mental issues I've had a lot of trauma and I am sometimes a little standoffish. They are such good people and good people that they'll give you love when they see you that way. They don't get upset with you they love on you. I have decided to care more for myself and going to start getting my physical fixed and try to become a whole human being again.

Update your dosing hours!!!

My experience at bart Carmichael is absolutely amazing now because of my counselor Adrianna. She has made me aware of all programs that will help me. I can depend on her and tell her all my problems and she then helps me with a plan to deal or get rid of any issues i have. She is pleasant. I'm always happy to go to my counseling sessions. By Bart Carmichael hiring Adrianna this is the best thing that you guys have done. I've been here since 1999. She is the best for me and this clinic and i want to Thank You So Much.

They are the best front desk workers I have ever came in contact with . They are very helpful and love making sure they Help to the best of their ability .(Amanda & Gidget) I love them and hope to see them until I leave !! Very good spirited people . Hope you guys have life successful and prosperous and it goes the way you want too ! You guys deserve it !!!

The last 3 consolers I have had have been super beneficial to my sobriety. The staff is always helpful and supportive, if you have been thinking about starting a methadone clinic I would highly recommend this one. Thanks BAART

This place saves lives! Absolutely one of the best decisions I've ever made. The staff is kind, helpful, and they truly care about people. I don't know where I'd be without them.

very friendly and knowledgeable staff. i have been struggling for so long to find a way to successfully beat my addiction and this place has been a true blessing for me. i finally feel hopeful about my future and excited to get my life back. wish i knew about this place sooner! highly recommend to anybody struggling with substance abuse.

My husband and I have seen a few clinics over the years. This clinic is “hands down” the best. Upon our arrival here (Sacramento), my husbands work hours conflicted with the clinics hours of operation. At intake, my husband was told the hours would be changing, and they did. There truly is a obvious synergy amongst employees, making the environment positive, functional and efficient. My husband and I have been going here since Summer of 2016! We have changed counselors many times but that because they go off and do better things. This is a great location and everyone here is always so sweet and hard working. It's nice to come to a place that is supportive and understanding of what you are going through and helps you through it. Has great staff and resources. This methadone clinic is a great option to get off get your life together then taper off! That's what we are doing and it's the best discussion we could make.
