Through this service, patients can meet virtually with a certified provider who specializes in opioid addiction treatment via a secure video call while physically present in our clinic. This process ensures all evaluations are completed in compliance with state and federal guidelines while providing the same high-quality, compassionate care as an in-person visit.

Our on-site staff will guide you through each step of the telehealth process to ensure a smooth and confidential experience.

Key details:

Telehealth admissions offer a safe, convenient way to begin treatment the same day you visit our clinic. Contact BAART Oakland to learn more or start your admission today.

Medication-Assisted Treatment Options

Methadone Treatment

Methadone is a medication that helps treat people living with opioid addiction. It stops the effects of other opioids, helps curve cravings, and makes withdrawal symptoms easier to handle. At BAART Programs, we ensure that our methadone treatment is tailored to each individual based on their needs.

Buprenorphine Treatment

Buprenorphine is another medication to treat opioid addiction. It works a bit like Methadone but has different benefits. For example, you might not need to visit the doctor as often. Our providers ensure that our buprenorphine treatment is suitable for each individual.

Amazing staff and counselors especially considering the amount of unpleasant and overall rude people I've seen them put up with on a daily basis. I recommend this or any other BAART location to anyone who needs help with their opiate addiction.

I was a patient here in the past.
I got off 6 years ago. I found a drug called fentanyl. I became addicted and decided to return here to the Baart program.
Tomorrow being
Presidents day I found myself in fear. I wasn't sure if staff would be available for the intake process. I called the clinic number to be introduced to Thomas. 🦉He was so calming he immediately assed my needs.
Updated my file set an appointment for me. I felt a lot better than before I spoke to
Him. The fact that Thomas was there to answer my phone call means everything to me. I'm able to take the necessary steps to move forward.
Had I called and a recording came on it would have been a whole different attitude with me during this time. A person on the other end of the line made my world a bright inviting place that I can have a part in. Moving forward on my journey of life.
Thanks to the Entire Baart staff.
Thank you Thomas for being there and for being who you are. T.L. D.🦋

My experience with baart has been good. I have had the best counselors you can get. I could have never meet or been counseled by better, more caring professional people. My present counselor is really a great lady. She is a great example, a person I can respect & admire. Oakland is a fortunate Place. I feel very blessed to be able to participate in this Baart program. The dosing Nurses are very good. The financial department lady is very knowledgeable & helpful. The front desk person is very efficient, friendly, & welcoming. The director is a very helpful, informative, compassionate Woman. She handled a personal family matter for me with much dignity. She was Empathetic, Professional, Understanding & kept Everything Private. The Dr. is Really Good. Very Reserved yet Any & All concerns he is able to address. Very punctual, Professional while Approachable. Thanks also to our Security Gaurd.
At last Yes I Do After All Appreciate Baart Methadone Clinic. A long term client.

I would give BAART Oakland five stars however I did initially have some problems there. My second time going there and I am still going there currently but I want to change my review completely because not only did the head of BAART come to address my problems but took personal interest into helping me with my problems at the clinic as well as took personal interest into helping me with other issues that I have going on in my life, and it happened almost immediately it might've even been the next day. I would also like to personally thank two people that have both taken what I feel is a genuine concern with getting my life together; they are my counselor who would probably like to remain anonymous and the treatment center director as well and again I won't mention any names to keep their anonymity but I couldn't be more pleased with the interest they have shown in helping me.
