If you or someone you know is living with opioid addiction in Brighton, Adams, and Weld Counties, or the surrounding areas, BAART Programs is here to help. We offer outpatient treatments for substance use disorder, including fentanyl, heroin, and prescription opioid pain medications. Our main goal is to support individuals on their path to recovery and wellness.
Methadone is a medication that helps treat people living with opioid addiction. It stops the effects of other opioids, helps curb cravings, and makes withdrawal symptoms more manageable. At BAART Programs, we ensure that our methadone treatment is tailored to each individual based on their needs.
Buprenorphine is another medication to treat opioid addiction. It works like Methadone, but has different benefits. You might not need to visit the doctor as often, for example. Our providers ensure that our buprenorphine treatment suits the needs of each individual.
At BAART Programs in Brighton, we know everyone’s journey is unique. Our dedicated counselors work with you to help you achieve your specific recovery goals. These individual counseling sessions help individuals cope with change, make informed choices, and navigate challenging times.
You’ll have the opportunity to participate in group sessions where people share stories and grow together. It’s a good way to feel less alone and build a supportive community.

“It sure is a relief that there are people in this world who actually understand addiction and the mechanisms that fuel it. My wife and I owe Trish, Tj, Ms. Sharon, Becky, and everyone there our lives! They have all gone to bat for us to help us get our child home. And for once it’s looking like we will have him home soon! We couldn’t have made a better decision than to walk through that door and ask for help. These people are not only great at what they do… they are genuinely good people, with integrity, and are really there to actually help with the recovery process. I hate to think where our lives would be if we never walked into BAART That day. We thank all of you guys for what you do! You guys don’t receive enough credit!!! Thank you”
