First and foremost the best thing this facility does better then all other treatment centers I have attended is having a great Facility Director! Where other Facilities I have been to and where the Director is more less some power tripping Dictator who wants to be verbally abusive to the patients and staff, Walking into Baart Chandler I’m always welcomed in with a Smile and how u doing today by Melissa The Absolute best Facility Director i have had for the last 5 years in treatment and she’s the type of director that actually cares about all patients and will talk With you if your counselor is busy! That’s definitely important for me since Im a people person and I like people so I always want to be able to share good energy with good people cause it’s definitely contagious! If I walk in and share a funny story or just a smile it’s human nature for the person receiving those feelings to in return send them back. This is when I know I’m at the right facility receiving the right treatments. I also am greeted by a great front desk person who’s also has good energy cause he’s very pleasant to everyone who comes in for instance when I come in he will say something like HEY Master Gunny SGT by Maurice at the front desk and says how’s ur morning so far you got any plans? I always will laugh and say something to the sort of just another day in paradise knowing all my favorite people are all here Alive and well my friend.😄It’s also good to know when he knows your information so getting logged in fairly quickly when the monitor is not logging me in when I’m in a hurry that’s the best customer service ever!💯 I also wanna say Melissa is a great leader and everyone there not only respects her but also works hard for her too! Even tho everyone has to be there so early everyday I have not once seen any of the staff come in with a bad attitude.Everyone there is always so happy and lucky to have such an amazing Director as Melissa they definitely don’t take her for granted but I see how they all work together as a team and happy to be a part of her team!! If I could ever get a job with Baart I would love the opportunity cause I like to help people too and being a experienced BHT and Counselor I know I can bring value to the team since I do have very strong leadership skills as well. Over time And building a strong relationship with my counselor Donna she’s become like a mother figure to me and honestly I don’t know what I would do if I had someone else as my counselor because her years of experience and motherly type of nature I truly need that since my mother is no longer here with me and I need someone to talk with me as my mother would because Donna is so caring and understanding to me and when it was my mothers birthday in June on the 22nd and my grandmothers on the 24th of June those two women had a lot to do with my growing up and no longer having either around Junes a hard time for me at times cause I miss them so much and I will get into my feelings and start to think about them and wish I could share with them what’s going on in my life , but Donna lets me come in and talk with her and I can see she genuinely cares cause every young boy will alway Look for their mothers attention no matter if they are young or all grown up now!! Then I also love to chat with Lisa cause she reminds me of my sister who’s also no longer here anymore and having someone that reminds u of your big sister just her smile melts my heart and reminds me that I know my sister shines thru her smiles cause they both not only almost look alike but the Way they both smile it’s like my sister soul comes thru her to remind me how proud she is of me!! Because I been thru hell and back and been in situations and places most people would not be able To get out of but being legally declared dead 5 different times in my life and beat bone cancer and testicular cancer I know God has bigger things in life for me! I was told by a TRIBAL LEADER a Shaman in Iraq he told me Young Man you are very special by god cause HES showing me a golden robe your special 2 God.🇺🇸

This facility is absolutely amazing. The doctor is top notch and really does care about your well being. I will say this many times but honesty is key. The nurses are amazing, including the NP. Just be respectful and respect time in general… you will be taken care of. Counselors are amazing as well they are on top of everything which is needed. Highly suggest this facility. Front end employee is amazing as well gets everything set for you👍👍

Just wanted to take a few minutes and put some knowledge out there for anyone looking for addiction treatment. BAART Is an awesome place to go for methadone or suboxone treatment. I’ve been going here for years and always received the highest quality treatment and the staff is amazing and actually cares about the people who come here for help. All of the counselors are amazing especially my counselor Sarah, they take the time to listen to you without judgement and will help u anyway they can. And all of the nurses are fantastic they work so hard to get everyone in and out fast as possible and always have a smile on there face and they wish everyone a happy day as there leaving. And the lady that checks everyone in every morning is always so happy and just makes ur day better with her positivity which is hard to find these days. And the new manager that is there now has made some great changes and one that I really like is calling for people to come back to get there medicine 2 at a time instead of a stampede of people that way u have more privacy incase u need to ask questions or maybe u need some help and u don’t wanna advertise it. She is making great changes. And the doctor is very efficient he gets you in takes care of business and answers any questions you have and gets you on your way which I think is great. So if your out there and looking for help and need addiction treatment trust me call BAART there all here to help and take it from me life is so much better when u ask for help and you come to a place like this and actually get it and get your life back together.

If you need a place to get your life back on track and help you fight addiction this is the location. The team at this location really goes above and beyond. From the greeting with a smile and positive attitude with the receptionist "Monique". To the nurses "Anita" and "Trish" asking how you are doing and caring about your progress. I really enjoy the group meeting which they offer 3 times a week at 5am so people working early can also make it. I really appreciate the counseling by "Nessyar" he asks good questions that make you think.. the one I enjoy which he asks in every meeting I attended is :"what is most important to you?" Which I believe the (right) answer is "myself/my sobriety". Often people answer my family, my animals, my job. But I understand the meaning behind the question if you know and care about what is most important to you and think of that when you first wake up. You will not want to go down that road were you are getting caught up again. It's about staying committed to the program and relying on Baart to keep your mind focused on the goal of living a productive life without that 'monkey on your back'. Really appreciate every single employee there. They have changed my life and I hope they know the work they do is important. Go here if you need help, do not be embarrassed. We all need help and this place will not judge but be by your side.

Man this clinic right here is the best I've ever been too! They all truly care about the clients and it shows on a daily basis. I can't give enough credit to the staff, director, security, and the nurses... Maybe the doctor lol jk id give it 10 stars if I had a choice haha!

love the clinic I have been happy there since day one. Nurses are fantastic and checking in is always pleasant. She is a sweetheart. It's nice to go somewhere and know they really care

This clinic treats everyone with respect and it's very clean and quiet. Very nice and supportive staff.

I’ve been too many clinics in my past life. I recently came back here. I’m not gonna disclose why, but this clinic has been nothing but helpful supportive. They treat you with respect I recently came into a problem with the doctor and the Director of this clinic was absolutely understandable. Amazing. Talk to me help me. I literally was gonna go somewhere else, but I couldn’t choose a better recovery family besides this program not only is the nurse Miss Anita very helpful to Kim mytherapist but Crystal Witt, MS, LISAC, BHP the director is 100% amazing and the number one reason I stay

This is a great place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. If you stick to the program, you will get better. They actually listen to you and treat you like a human being.

The improvement Crystal have made to BAART is night and day compared to the last director. I look forward to seeing everyone that works there!
