As Vice President of Counseling Services, Emily Cole sets the clinical direction for substance use counseling across BayMark Health Services’ National Support Center, a role that touches the counseling teams inside every BAART Programs clinic.
Her LPC-S credential means she is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, a designation that authorizes her to formally train and oversee counselors working toward full licensure, in addition to her own clinical practice.
Emily works alongside BayMark’s medical and operations leadership, including the organization’s Chief Medical Officers and regional operations teams, to keep counseling protocols current with evidence-based standards for opioid use disorder treatment.
With a focus spanning staff development, clinical consistency, and patient experience, Emily helps to ensure that everyone who walks into a BAART clinic receives the same standard of compassionate, judgment-free counseling, regardless of location.
