Daniel Greer has spent more than two decades building a career in opioid treatment and outpatient behavioral health, work that now culminates in his role as Senior Vice President of Operations for BayMark Health Services, a position he has held since 2023.
He oversees the clinical, operational, and strategic performance of more than 60 opioid treatment programs across the Eastern United States, including BAART Program locations.
His path through BayMark started at the clinical level. He began as a clinician at the Addiction Treatment Center of New England, then became Clinical Director at Community Substance Abuse Centers. From there, he joined Health Care Resource Centers, a BayMark company, first as Program Director and later as Regional Director of Operations, before advancing to Regional Vice President of Operations and then his current role. That trajectory gives him a ground-level understanding of the programs he now oversees at scale.
Daniel holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC-I), and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and his regulatory expertise spans compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, and HIPAA. He has spoken at national addiction medicine conferences, including AMERSA, on topics such as methadone induction protocols.
