Medication-Assisted Treatment Options

Methadone Treatment

Methadone is a medication that helps treat people living with opioid addiction. It stops the effects of other opioids, helps curve cravings, and makes withdrawal symptoms easier to handle. At BAART Programs, we ensure that our methadone treatment is tailored to each individual based on their needs.

Buprenorphine Treatment

Buprenorphine is another medication to treat opioid addiction. It works a bit like Methadone but has different benefits. For example, you might not need to visit the doctor as often. Our providers ensure that our buprenorphine treatment is suitable for each individual.

I came in for an intake and was a bit nervous on what to expect. The medical assistant Taye was amazing! He made me feel not so embarrassed to be in my current situation. Overall the process was smooth and I appreciate Taye for making me feel seen and heard. He even provided me with resources I didn't even know were available to me.

I hope that at least one person reads this and gets the courage to take a leap. BAART program especially the Antioch location is life altering. They really do help you recover. The staff is all so supportive, encouraging and caring. I have had nothing but the best support and experience with them. They listen to me and my concerns for my recovery and health. Helping me reach my medication levels without having to worry about struggling with symptoms or cravings. My biggest enemy was ME! My pride and ego kept me from going to seek help. My counselor, Anthony, and the entire staff have made it easy to stay with the program. I felt no pressure or judgment from them only encouragement and support. If your struggling with fentanyl or pain medication addiction I encourage you too reach out and seek help. Methadone has truly saved me. I didn’t know how well it works. No cravings for fentanyl or pain medication. The withdrawals were manageable if not nonexistent. Don’t fear the unknown. Go in and seek your future self that’s not fighting daily with that darkness we call addiction.

I wanted to leave another one on here I know there’s two but I’m just mind blown because I recently found this place and everyone that works here is great. But also Eddie is also someone that has stuck out to me because the amount of help and support he gives just makes you truly feel seen! And him going above and beyond helping you get to your goals only makes me want to be that much better. Thanks to this program I immediately went back to work after months of not being able to. He helped me get my dose increase to where I said I felt comfortable and also was immaturely able to help me get my take home so I can get to work on time. I see them fighting for my goals & it makes me push that much more to get to where I want to be in life! My mom just mentioned how it’s the first time she’s seen me truly happy in YEARS. And it’s because I’m finally on track and I am happy again!! I haven’t been this happy with myself in 18 YEARS. I just can’t say thank you enough. I am truly blessed and grateful to have found this place. Everything in my life is finally falling into place. For once I don’t feel depressed, I really believed that that was just my personality. I quickly saw that it wasn’t. It was my addiction that had that hold on me. I can’t thank them enough for believing in me. Thank you Eddie. Thank you Tay. Thank you Baart. I’m finally happy & sober for the first time in 18 YEARS. I couldn’t have done any of this by myself. I’ll forever be grateful for you guys!!

I have been coming to Bart program for 12 or 13 years. I’ve seen a lot of stuff coming, though I will say that.Marisela Has always been so nice and helpful. Stephen the security guard has gotten that place together. I have never seen the clinic so clean? and he make sure people not hanging out in front of the clinic I’m very satisfied with our new security also Taye every time I come to the front desk or call with a problem. Taye made sure that I’m OK and he helps me solve any problem I have without looking down on me. That’s another thing they don’t treat us like you less than because we’re there and I appreciate that because it’s very hard for people when you have a lot of negativity around. Anytime I’ve ever had any problems with anybody if I let Taye know, he will make sure to help me with any problems I have and that is what I like about this Clinic they treat us like human beings, not like dopehead . Thank you so much
